On May 23, 1924, Harmonville Fire Company No. 1 was founded to protect and rescue citizens within the Plymouth Township community. Since then, the township has grown and so have we. Equipped with state-of-the-art vehicles and gear, we are trained to step up and save within our active community.
We responded to approximately 600 calls last year! From homes to businesses to the Plymouth Meeting Mall—our fire calls involve all types of structures. And our proximity to the Blue Route and Turnpike means a steady stream of calls. That is why we preplan for any type of emergency in our area. When the call comes, we are always ready.
Harmonville is a progressive, aggressive department that likes to succeed on and off the fire ground.Michael Olszewski, Captain
